Job Description For Bentley Careers:
The Junior Cloud Error Free Solutions Engineers is responsible for installing, securing & supporting server systems & cloud resources in world wide environment. “This employ will be set for administrative work to implement fixes & enhancements to current technology as well as new technologies needed to support business requirements”. The position requires initiative, judgment & working with little supervision. The ideal applicant is a well rounded blend of customer support skills and a strong technology background.
Responsibilities For Bentley Recruitment 2019:
- Build & configure infrastructure resources in the Azure cloud platform;
- Installation & configuration of servers & operating system software
- Windows server administration & help
- Ensure system & network security is maintained
- Perform troubleshooting of issues related to aspects of infrastructure & application services
- Troubleshooting of cloud-based networking components such as virtual networks, subnets, security groups, & VPN tunnels
- Collaborate with colleagues, application analysts and vendor support teams to troubleshoot & resolve issues
- Create, update & maintain documentation for recurring procedures as well as one off resolutions
- Executed planned environment changes & enhancements
- Assist in group effort to manage support tickets that come into team queue
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide off-hours support
